The ‘Light Eternal’ CD continues the journey begin in ‘You Are For Me.’ Our journey is a vision-quest, in which God is revealed as light. Again, no names are offered for God other than those which rise from our memories and experiences. The journey followed on this recording is from darkness to light, again being closely linked to the pathways of the annual liturgical cycles. The 17 pieces recorded here, including more from the Native American tradition, explore the full ranges of liturgical forms, including acclamations (litanies, etc.), open and closed form songs, and psalms.
